New Life Home Health Services started providing Home Health Services since June 6, 1995, as a Licensed and Certified Home Health Agency. Other categories of licensure included Licensed Home Health and Personal Assistance Services. In August of 1996, New Life Home Health was awarded our first state contract to provide Primary Home Care services (PHC).

In 2007, our services have expanded to reach out to our “private pay” community. With more proud Texans choosing to stay at home, our “private pay” homemaker and custodial services complement the rest of our home care programs to make New Life Home Health the agency of choice.

In March of 2019, New Life Home Health has added remote patient monitoring or Home Telemonitoring which allows a patient to use a mobile medical device to perform a routine test such as blood pressure and blood sugar checks. Home Telemonitoring is a health service that requires scheduled remote monitoring of data related to a client’s health and transmission of the data from the client’s home to a licensed home health agency or a hospital.
