Occupational Therapy: Developing patient and caregiver independence in self-care – Services given to help patient return to usual activities such as bathing, preparing meals and housekeeping – bathroom safety
Speech Therapy: Assistance to regain or restore speech skills – treatment of language disorders – treatment of swallowing disorders
Medical Social Worker: Social and emotional support related to your illness – help to access available community resources – home assessments to identify financial concerns of family and patient
Home Health Aide: Provides additional support to a licensed nurse – bathing – grooming – personal hygiene - toileting
All services are provided in accordance with Medicare Certification standards.
